Little Sisters

A sister is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost. ~Marion C. Garretty
Sisters function as safety nets in a chaotic world simply by being there for each other. ~Carol Saline

My little Sisters. . . .

Miriam A.K.A. Mim

Age: 18
Likes: boys, her phone, clothes, music, and telling me i'm her little sister because she is taller than me.

She doesn't get mad very often, she is always up for a fun time, and loves talking/ laughing

Amanda A.k.a. Manda

Age: 15

Likes: friends, shopping, the Amazing Race, volleyball, and seeing if she is taller than me yet (she almost is)

Amanda is always there for her friends/family, she likes to joke around with the two little ones and make them laugh, she is also very mature!

Amber A.k.a. Amby, babe, bug

age:10

likes: BYU football, playing soccer, reading, BYU, being a tomboy, BYU, and hanging out with her older sisters.

Amber is just a little sweetheart! She is so passionate about BYU, she is always outside playing, and she loves cereal!

Sometimes it is hard being the older sister. . . I should be the example, but its a lot of fun too. I love having these little sisters in my life. Even though two of them are taller than me. :)

Me and My Gang

Adventures over the last little while. . .

A couple of weeks ago Alicia invited us to go to a bonfire. We got there to discover that the canyons were closed because of the snow (it was May). So the hostess pulled out karaoke. Shantel, Amanda, and I were not too excited about that. Everyone sang a song then stood around in the kitchen eating. I decided to be brave. I got Shantel to do a duet with me. After that we pretty much hogged the mic.

For Tasi's birthday we went to Los Hermanos
A few days later we all had an extreme need for ice cream. So we went to the best place ever!! ICEBERG!
Their computers were down so we waited . . . .half an hour later they were still down. They gave us a free soda. We really wanted ice cream so we went to the Iceberg in the mall to get our treats.

And So It Begins. . .

Dad starting out
Clint, Amber, and I took out the fence. . . . HURRAY!
Grant suggested we rent a jack hammer. . . but we will get a good work out and save money.
Now I know why my dad had a lot of kids. . . free labor
Even Scott thought it was fun to help (no we didn't let him use the sledge hammer)

We made some good progress this first week. Now we have to pick out a swimming pool and finish tearing out the fence and patio.

Beautiful Sisters

I really wanted to get some pictures done of all the four girls. After grumbling they all got ready and we headed out. (I think they ended up having lots of fun). At first we really didn't know how to pose. . . . then once we got going we just couldn't stop!
I am not as photogenic as my sisters. . . :( sigh. . . . but I try

I loved taking pictures of Miriam, she just knew how to pose!

I don't know which one I like better. . . . color or black and white

Oh Amber. . . . what a sweetheart!
I think this one is my favorite of Amanda! So gorgeous!
Well this one tied for my favorite of her. . . but then again she had a lot of good pictures
I don't know how this happened but my camera did this. Turned out pretty cool though
Me and my little bud

Finally 15!

Amanda turned 15 on Friday. . . . finally. We all can't wait for her to learn how to drive (weird huh?)

Mom was cutting up the cake. I asked for a small piece. This is what I got. We all started laughing very hard. I had the biggest plate and the smallest piece of cake.

Miriam and A.J. decided to come celebrate with us.

Some how the cake started to melt before we lit the candles

Zoo!

There was nobody at the zoo! Best part. . . it was free!!

Who doesn't want to kiss a big hairy monkey!?

Just us being weird
All the kids that went to the zoo that day.
