That saying is true.
Amber and I were able to go up to Boise and visit Jonathan for the weekend.

The biggest rainbow appeared.

We got all unpacked and settled by one in the morning.
Jonathan was super nice and woke us up at seven.

He made it up to us by making us pancakes!! YUM!

Then we went off to have some fun!

We started by going to the Boise State Penitentiary.

It was actually really cool there. Even though it was weird. . . I fell in love with all the old buildings (the outsides of them)

They even had a womans ward. Most were in there for killing their husbands.

After that we got into our swimming suits and floated the river! It was a little cold but it was so much fun!

When we ate lunch. . . Jonathan made a new friend. He actually got the little creature to come and eat out of his hands (We have proof, the video at the bottom)
Happy the squirrel liked peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Happy did not like grapes, carrots, and onion and sour cream chips.

Later that night we went to the old Boise train station

The next day we packed up, went to church, made lunch, and played soccer.

So hard to leave. . . but the trip was totally worth it!
